Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event that your order is cancelled for any personal reason or other reasons related to reservations, shipping conditions or systems, the cancellation and replacement policy will be according to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce system, and the cancellation and refund mechanism will be as follows:
If the shipment was created or processed by the seller: Shipping fees + bank fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
If the shipment was created - and not processed by the seller, only the bank fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
If the shipment has been created, processed and left to the customer's address, we will not be able to cancel your order and the amount will not be refunded unless the product is different from the agreed product.
In the event that the regular Hajj permits are not presented upon booking, the booking will be considered cancelled.
