Delivery takes 1-5 hours depending on the route, and we always make sure to deliver the customer in a faster time period, but we put the period here in case there is traffic congestion
In order to clarify the status of orders on a permanent basis, more than one status has been set to clarify the readiness of the order:
Reviewing: Your order has been sent to the store and the order has been confirmed.
In progress: Store employees have received your order and the order is being prepared (coordinating the driver) soon
Implemented: Your order is now fully ready, waiting for the driver to deliver
In progress: The order has been delivered to the driver and the order will be delivered
Delivered: The order has reached the required destination
In the event that the regular Hajj permits are not presented upon booking, the booking will be considered cancelled
